My ChurchSuite can help you keep your details up to date and will enable you to access and more easily engage with the life and activity of All Saints Ecclesall.
My ChurchSuite is accessible on iOS and Android devices and via any web browser: https://login.churchsuite.com/
The following information will assist you with setting up your ‘My ChurchSuite’ account and will equip you with a basic understanding of what ChurchSuite can do. For more information, take a look at the official ChurchSuite user guide:
Getting Started
Access to My ChurchSuite is by email invitation from ASE, so we must have your correct email address. If you haven’t recieved an invitation, get in touch with the church office, and we’ll be able to get that sorted for you. Your invitation email contains a personal login link that is used to set your password and access My ChurchSuite for the first time. Those without an email address will be unable to access My ChurchSuite.
Navigating My ChurchSuite
Once logged in, you're taken to the My ChurchSuite Home page. Use the menu to navigate around the sections and explore!
My Communication
This is where you can view communications from ASE. Note that My ChurchSuite is not an email application, so it's not possible to forward or reply to messages from My Communications – to do this, you will need to use your preferred email application. Essentially, My Communication is intended to be a simple list of all your recent church communications in one place. My Communication shows communications from the last six months, with a maximum of 50 items, whichever is fewer.
To view a message, simply click on 'the ‘My Communication’ section in the menu and select the message you’d like to view.
My Details
By selecting the ‘My Details’ section in the menu, you can review and update your details, perhaps to add missing information. Add as much or as little information as you feel comfortable sharing with us. To update or change your details in each section, click the ‘Edit’ button, update the information you need to and then click ‘Save’.
Communication and Privacy Settings
Your Communication option determine the methods by which ASE will be able to send communications to you. Most messages are consent-dependent - when choosing your communication options, remember that opting out of receiving general communications may prevent us from communicating with you, meaning you may miss out on important communications.
Your communication details - email address, phone number and physical address are also held here. It's important to keep these up to date so that we can keep in contact with you.
Click ‘Edit’ to review and update your communication details and options, and always make sure to click ‘Save’ after any changes are made.
While your details are never visible to anyone outside of your church, your Privacy settings enable you to choose which of your basic contact details you are happy to be visible to other members of your church when they also access My ChurchSuite. Note that only your address, telephone, mobile and email can be set visible – other personal details, such as your date of birth or marital status, are only ever visible to you. Click ‘Edit’ to review and update your privacy settings and again, always select ‘Save’.
