Over Lent in 2017, we hosted our fourth Public Theology programme.
‘Christian Voices in the Contemporary World’ series launched in 2014. For 2017, we offered the programme in partnership with the diocesan learning community - St Peter’s College.
As we had hoped, ‘Christian Voices’ is now a well-established annual forum for public conversation and theological reflection on contemporary social, ethical and intellectual questions. It is open to the local community, diocese and the public. We were delighted that such distinguished speakers agreed to contribute to the fourth programme - and on such a fascinating range of topics.
Speakers were invited to speak for around 45 minutes and then to answer questions for up to 45 minutes. To watch each of the talks please go to: stpeterscollege.org.uk/lent-course-2017
